Qualifications

• Possess at least an Associate's Degree, or 48 hours of transferable college coursework.
• Completed Pathways to Teacher Assistant I (48 hours) and Teacher Assistant Training II (48 hours) for 96 contact hours.
• Eligible to serve as a bus driver/sub bus driver with required state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow school policies and procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Monitor student work and administer testing as proctor.
• Provide clerical support: maintain records, attendance and materials.
• Assist with classroom displays, materials, and audiovisual equipment.
