Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credits or an Associates degree preferred.
• Paraprofessional test completion is encouraged.
• Experience with diverse populations is desirable.
• Able to work with students at different educational levels.
• Capable of independent work and clear communication with students and staff.
• Strong customer service mindset for school interactions.
• Assist teacher by reinforcing material with small groups.
• Participate in in‑service training as assigned.
• Support student safety and perform related duties.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
