Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in managing classroom behavior and student engagement.
• Support teachers with targeted interventions for students.
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies per school policies.
• Provide supervision to students during classroom and common areas.
• Maintain classroom organization and data on behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
• Maintain classroom order and safety
• Provide general supervision of students inside the school setting
• Assist in prevention and management of incidents of non-compliance
• Respond to emergency situations

• Think quickly and work under stress
• Willingness to drive student van is strongly preferred
