Qualifications

• Must meet paraprofessional requirements under federal guidelines (one of the following).
• Experience working with Pre-K-12 students preferred.
• Ability to use age-appropriate tone, language, and strategies with students, including those with diverse needs.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Supervise students during recess and/or lunch, ensuring safety, appropriate behavior, and inclusion.
• Assist in maintaining a structured and positive learning environment.
• Support students with behavioral needs, including reinforcing expectations and redirecting behavior.
