Qualifications

• Prior experience in a classroom leadership or teaching role required.
• Portfolio of achievements, training, and other relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily classroom operations to ensure smooth, consistent routines.
• Support teachers in implementing curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instructional quality.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies.
• Assist with lesson planning and classroom organization.
• Monitor classroom ratios, schedules, and staffing needs.
