Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role designed to fit around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and no curriculum to write.

You bring classroom credibility; we provide complete materials, a three-day trainer certification, and a supportive national trainer community to help you succeed and grow your impact.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
