Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college coursework orParaprofessional Exam completed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic classroom tech use.
• Ability to meet educational standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support lessons and follow plans for individual students or groups.
• Assist with planning activities and parent relations as directed.
• Support school events and chaperone activities as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as grading and copying.
• Assist with classroom technology and maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold the school philosophy and mission in daily activities.
• Fulfill other duties including field trips, duties, and lunch coverage.
