Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 60 college credits from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years work experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support tasks to facilitate effective teaching and tutoring as needed.
• Plan daily lessons with instructional leaders to meet diverse student needs.
• Follow daily schedule, proctor and grade examinations, and record attendance.
• Establish and enforce classroom behavior rules to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Participate in meetings and assist with school events as required.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom, ensuring safety and order.
• Maintain respectful relationships and comply with MNPS policies and state/federal laws.
