Job summary

SW Learning Center is seeking a friendly and reliable Childcare Classroom Assistant to support our childcare program in Vancouver, WA. You will work with lead teachers to implement daily activities and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We value teamwork, punctuality, and strong communication. Must meet Washington licensing requirements or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must meet Washington State childcare licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Childcare Classroom Assistant

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour. We are seeking a warm, reliable, and team‑oriented individual to support our childcare program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, assisting teachers, and contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment.
