Job summary

The Classroom Assistant at For Each 1 Reach 1 supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for students enrolled in the private school, homeschool co-op, and hybrid education programs. The role involves working with students individually and in small groups, helping with classroom organization and supervision, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and has experience with children;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in education preferred.
• Experience with children in school, childcare, homeschool, or youth program preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Florida Level 2 Background Screening required before employment.

The Classroom Assistant works closely with students individually and in small groups, assists with classroom organization, supervises students, and helps ensure the daily operation of the classroom runs smoothly.
