Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a System Administrator to support classified information systems within the Weapon Systems sector. Responsibilities include patching, anti-virus updates, vulnerability management, and account management, with focus on automation for security logging, patching, and remediation.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or directly relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Setup and maintain systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Classified Systems/Networks
Perform application updates and installs, operating system upgrades and patching, RAID configuration & monitoring, system backups & restoration, system image creation and disk cloning
Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems to include software issues, account management and miscellaneous computing requirements
Troubleshooting to resolve technical problems on hardware, operating systems, and applications
Support Anti-virus Installation and Maintenance
Assist with incident response and backup processes and documentation
