Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Classified IT Asset & Procurement Administrator to oversee cradle-to-grave IT assets across the enterprise. You will work with IT Systems Engineers to specify, order, and maintain accountability of hardware and software across multiple sites.

You will implement asset tracking and DCIM tools, assist with imaging and configuration, and serve as the procurement liaison to Corporate Technology for high‑quality end-user technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or ServiceNow).
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Experience with asset/inventory tracking systems or tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anduril is seeking a Classified IT Asset & Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for cradle-to-grave of IT assets across the enterprise. They will work with IT Systems Engineers to help specify, order, and maintain accountability of a multitude of assets across multiple sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research, select, order, and lifecycle manage IT hardware and software, including workstations, servers, network hardware, appliances, etc.


• Manage endpoint specifications and selection and adoption across Anduril teams.


• Implement asset tracking system and Data Center Infrastructure Manager (DCIM) tools


• Assist with the imaging and configuration of systems and devices and their deployment to sites


• Act as point of contact for Corporate Technology teams to provide guidance and procurement assistance.


• Work with business lines to provide high quality delivery to provide best in class end user technology.


• Track and ship hardware to remote sites as needed


• Work with Facilities, Security, and Cybersecurity to coordinate build-outs of new spaces


• Other projects and duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware


• Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow


• Experience with creating technical documentation


• Experience with asset/inventory tracking systems or tools


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux system imaging


• Enterprise IT Asset Management or consulting background


• Experience managing QBR process with key vendors

US Salary Range

$112,000 - $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
