Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a qualified security professional to support classified environments and ensure compliance across programs. You will document controls, perform assessments, and tailor implementations to meet NIST RMF/JSIG requirements in air-gapped settings.

The role requires active U.S. Top Secret clearance, incident response leadership, and collaboration with government security officials to strengthen controls. Equity grants and strong benefits accompany the base compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing secure systems per NIST RMF and JSIG.
• Lead security risk assessments and audits to mitigate threats.
• Recommend and deploy encryption and secure communications technologies.
• Maintain and update SSPs, POA&Ms, and accreditation docs.
• Collaborate with government security officials and teams to close gaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in documenting security controls to meet cybersecurity framework requirements.
• Perform required security functions on an iterative basis to meet requirements and deliver results.
• Tailor NIST 800-53 controls to the network environment and oversee Continuous Monitoring implementation.
• Assist the ISSMs and Classified Infrastructure team to meet stakeholder needs with complex technical solutions.
• Define, document, and conduct security scanning on Anduril’s products and systems.
• Scope and orchestrate feature development to meet compliance goals.
