Responsibilities

• Operates the Classification Department. Supervises Case Managers and provides counseling to detainees.
• Assists detainees with housing, work, and program participation decisions.
• Discusses transfer requests and referrals, ensuring appropriate case handling.
• Determines eligibility for programs and monitors detainee compliance and progress.
• Keeps education/habilitative program records and ACA standards compliance.
