The Classification and Compensation Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff responsible for administering the organization's job classification and compensation programs. This role ensures job structures, pay practices, and policies are consistently applied, compliant, and support organizational needs. The supervisor provides guidance, conducts complex analyses, and supports strategic workforce planning efforts.
Salary Range: $67,122 - $117,465
