Classical Charter Schools offers a ClassiCorps Fellow program—a three-year, full-time pathway into teaching with intensive training, coaching, and a fully paid Master of Science in Education from Touro University, plus support toward NYS teaching certification.

You’ll earn a full-time salary from day one while developing the skills, knowledge, and credentials needed to build a successful career in education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2027
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience working with children or young people
• Genuine interest in teaching and education
• Willingness to pursue New York State teaching certification
• Alignment with Classical Charter Schools’ mission and approach to education

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality instruction that helps scholars achieve mastery of grade-level standards
• Building a highly structured, positive, and engaging classroom culture
• Establishing clear academic and behavioral expectations for students
• Using feedback from coaches and school leaders to strengthen teaching practice
• Participating in professional development, coaching, observations, and collaborative planning
• Building strong relationships with students, families, colleagues, and school leaders
• Contributing to a school community focused on academic excellence and student growth

Education
