JOB SUMMARYHelp to perform general maintenance to keep all aspects of the Hotel at fully functionality and provide the best Guest experienceESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONSOperational ResponsibilitiesPaint, repair, clean and perform filter replacements, belt inspections for the HVAC machines, keep logs and daily sign in inspections for boiler rooms, Laundry rooms, and ensure that pools have the appropriate dosage of chemicals for the pool and laundry rooms.
