Job summary

A leading fitness organization is seeking a qualified individual to instruct exercise classes and ensure client safety. The role requires valid CPR Certification and a preferred Aerobic Certification. Strong customer service and teaching abilities are essential, alongside compliance with all club policies and the Crunch brand standards. This position involves maintaining all mandatory certifications and responding effectively to member requests during classes and meetings.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.

Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator Manager

Franchise Owner/Operator

Requirements:

Maintain valid CPR Certification

Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.

Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

Special Skills:

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Responsibilities:

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
