Job summary

BOX Partners has an immediate need for Class C CDL Drivers for our Elgin, Illinois distribution center, located near I-90 and Randall Road. This full-time position involves safely transporting products while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and starting pay at $32.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid

Qualifications

• Valid Class C CDL required.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class C vehicle to transport products.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure freight as required.
• Maintain DOT logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse staff.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies.
