Daniels Health is seeking a customer-focused driver for NYC routes operating a 26 ft box truck in Easton, PA. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations and delivering excellent service daily.

Requirements include a valid Class B license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card; 3+ years exp. with 26 ft box trucks; DOT Clearancehouse compliance; and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. New hire bonus available.

Qualifications

• Class B license with clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating a 26 ft box truck.
• Passing the 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Touch freight experience and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA with a 26 ft box truck.
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load and unload and organize the truck per schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours and conduct roadside inspections.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy carts as needed.

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Easton!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B licenseand experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Easton, PA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

What will your job involve?

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truckin a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Consistently lifting up to 50lbs!!
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!
