Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Class B driver in Easton, PA to operate a 26 ft box truck, delivering and collecting medical waste across NYC/NJ/DE/PA routes with a focus on safety and customer service.

This full-time, direct-hire role offers 40–50 hours per week on a first shift (5 AM to 3 PM). A $3,000 new hire bonus is paid after probation, with benefits from day one and steady, non-seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Class B license with clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a 26 ft box truck.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA.
• Operating 26 ft box truck safely.
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes.
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs.

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Easton!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B licenseand experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Easton, PA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

What will your job involve?

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspectionsCan-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!
