Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a customer-focused driver with a Class B license to service Easton and surrounding areas. You will collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations and deliver excellent service daily while adhering to DOT regulations.

This is a full-time, first-shift role (5AM–3PM) with a set hourly rate of $28.00 and a $3,000 new hire bonus after probation. Overtime opportunities are available, and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B license with clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating a 26 ft box truck.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
• Touch freight experience and strong customer focus.

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Easton! We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Easton, PA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

Location: 925 Conroy Pl, Easton, PA 18040

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Push/pull a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• Touch freight experience
• Preferred background: Soiled Linens, Ice/Liquor/Pallets of Food Product, Municipal Waste, Medical/Office Equipment
