Job summary

Modern Builders Supply is seeking a CDL B Truck Driver to join Team MBS in the Midwest. You will drive to job sites, load and unload materials, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining vehicle logs and basic warehouse duties.

We offer $25.00 per hour, weekly direct deposit, medical/dental/vision, disability insurance, and life coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/holidays, and potential overtime. Schedule: Mon–Fri, some Saturdays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL B license.

Responsibilities

• Drive to job sites and deliver roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

• Perform general warehouse duties and upkeep of facilities.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons.

As a CDL B Truck Driver on our team, a few of your duties will include:

• driving vehicle to transport and deliver roofing, siding, windows, and doors to jobsite
• loading and unloading materials
• filling customers orders
• inspecting and maintaining vehicle equipment and supplies
• maintaining records such as vehicle logs
• general warehouse work including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities as needed

We will invest in training, resources and guidance.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

A successful CDL B Truck Driver candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.

Additional qualifications for a CDL B Truck Driver position include:

• Must have, or be willing and able to obtain, a CDL B
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
• Capable of physical work
