Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver - Lima

Job Overview

Everett J. Prescott is seeking a motivated, punctual team player to join our team in Lima, OH as a Warehouse Associate, who will also act as a backup Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety and able to work effectively to support the operational functions of the team. A DOT Card or the ability to pass the DOT physical is required; a CDL-B license is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

1. Loading and Unloading Product, either by hand or using a forklift.
2. Yard and Warehouse Maintenance.
3. Receiving, Stocking, and Counting Product.
4. Maintaining knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, and erosion control products.
5. Occasionally using EJP's one-ton truck for regional deliveries—no long-haul or overnight trips required.
6. Answering phones and assisting customers at the counter.
7. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and DOT physical.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand or walk.
• Lifting of up to 50 pounds required.
