Job summary

Imperial Brady in Bordentown, NJ, is seeking a Class B Delivery Driver to join our growing transportation group. You will operate a 24’ box truck, complete daily routes, unload cargo, and deliver to customer locations while providing friendly, reliable service.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. You must have a valid CDL-B, pass a DOT medical exam, and maintain a clean driving record to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• A valid commercial driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• A good driving record.
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds).
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds GVW.
• Load and unload cargo via hand, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Track and document activity log and report issues to dispatch.
• Deliver products to customer locations and provide excellent customer service.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip and communicate with customers.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5am to 1:30pm.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
