FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver timely collection services. You will perform pre/post-checks, follow safety regulations, and engage with customers to ensure high-quality service on defined routes.

The role requires a Class B CDL, high school diploma or GED, and DOT compliance. A strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Garbage/Recycling experience preferred.
• Class B commercial driver’s license required.
• Must meet all qualifications under Department of Transportation regulations.
• Clearinghouse profile required.
• FCC is a drug-free workplace with required testing for onboarding and ongoing employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post-operation checks on a commercial vehicle to verify tires, fluids, safety devices, gauges and overall condition.
• Safely operates vehicles on assigned routes including residential areas and alleys.
• Manages controls and joystick equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Interacts courteously with co-workers, dispatchers and customers to ensure timely, professional service.
• Monitors vehicle status to minimize downtime and keep vehicles ready for service.
• Completes required paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity to ensure timely service for all clients.
• Follows and enforces all safety regulations.
