CR&R is hiring a Class B CDL Driver for solid waste and recycling operations in El Centro, CA. The role is full-time with day shifts, starting early mornings, and requires operating front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks on fixed routes.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with dispatch. A high school diploma or GED and a valid Class B CDL with a clean MVR are required. Overtime is common, with consistent hours and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complete routes safely and meet service/productivity targets.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with dispatch on route conditions and service issues.
• Follow DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
