Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience as delivery driver or similar role.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Safely pick up items from warehouses, businesses, or residences and deliver to destinations on schedule.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secure and protected from damage.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel use while meeting deadlines.
• Inspect vehicle and report mechanical issues; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and promptly; maintain delivery and fuel records.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers at pickup and delivery locations.
• Communicate with customers and address questions or concerns about shipments.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including weight limits and hazardous materials handling.
