Job Details

Position: Class B CDL Truck Driver/Smash & Heavyweight Waste Operator

Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

1. Operate trucks safely and efficiently, including a 25,000-pound Kenworth T270.
2. Control hydraulic equipment to compact waste.
3. Use a smartphone app for route tracking and activity logging.
4. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
5. Maintain cleanliness and minor repairs on trucks and equipment.
6. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate reliability and accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL license.
• At least 3 years of CDL driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to pass a 5-year background check.
• Proficient with smartphones and mobile apps.
• Ability to operate hydraulic machinery; diesel mechanic or hydraulic system experience is a plus.
