Job summary

Lawyers For Justice P.C in Glendale, CA is seeking a transactional associate attorney to lead negotiations, drafting, and review of complex class action settlements. This full-time role requires California licensure (or pending) and 1–3 years of experience.

You will collaborate with a team of lawyers, manage settlement documents, and support court-approved processes. Travel may be required; growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal practice.
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage-and-hour matters is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review and revise class action settlement agreements and related documents.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise class action notices, claim forms and related documents.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise motions for approval of class action settlements.
• Monitor class action administrators to ensure compliance with court instructions.
