Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar and have 1-3 years of experience
• Positive attitude and collegial team collaboration in a firm of 25+ attorneys

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review and revise class action settlement agreements; contracts and related documents
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise class action notices, claim forms and other related documents
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise motions for approval of class action settlements
• Monitor class action administrators to ensure compliance with court instructions
