Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review and revise class action settlement agreements and related documents.
• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise notices, claim forms and related documents.
• Negotiate, draft, review and revise motions for approval of class action settlements.
• Monitor class action administrators to ensure compliance with court instructions.
