• 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer and wage-and-hour class action matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced team environment.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical, business‑oriented legal counsel.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and related documents.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners.
