Job summary

You will conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, manage multi-matter dockets, and collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies. The position requires at least four years of litigation experience and strong persuasive writing.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with class action defense, including securities, data privacy, or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Previous federal clerkship preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
• Experience in large-scale discovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
