Job Duties:

• Develop legal strategies for class action cases, especially in employment or ERISA matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and class certification motions
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience handling class actions, preferably involving employment or ERISA law
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Salary: 100-180k+ based on experience + benefits
