Job description

About the Position:
We are working with a well-established plaintiff’s firm that has an immediate need for an ERISA litigation attorney, with class action experience, to join at the associate or partner level (depending on experience). This firm has over 50 years of experience, and this growing practice represents large groups of employees in ERISA class actions across the country.

· Firm has recovered billions of dollars in settlements for its clients and worked on many landmark cases that have set groundbreaking legal precedents

· Remote work arrangement

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in class action ERISA fiduciary breach cases, including paying excessive fees for recordkeeping and advisory services, offering more expensive shares of investments, and breaches of the duty to monitor fiduciaries and the overall administration of a plan
· Take and defend depositions and handle discovery
· Manage second chair trial responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
· 2-7+ years of ERISA litigation experience is required
· Class action experience required for more senior candidates and preferred for more junior attorneys
· Must have discovery and deposition experience
· Large law firm experience is a plus
· Excellent academic qualifications
· Candidates can be barred in any state

Location:
Remote

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $225,000+, depending on experience. In addition, the firm has a history of very strong bonuses and long term upside.
