Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Easton, PA is seeking a reliable Class A Yard Jockey to maneuver large trucks, load and unload trailers, and maintain a safe yard. The role requires a Class A license, clean driving record, and a valid DOT medical card, with 3+ years of experience with 26’–53’ trucks.

This full-time position offers a 2nd shift (5 PM–5 AM), overtime opportunities, and benefits from day one. A $3,000 new hire bonus is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating 26' trucks and trailers up to 53'.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical card and be compliant with DOT regulations.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations and logging hours.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck.
• Position trailers accurately for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload trailers to support warehouse operations.
• Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
• Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’).
• Overtime opportunities and consistent hours (Mon–Fri, 2nd shift 5PM–5AM).

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Class A Yard Jockey with a Class A license and experienced with maneuvering large trucks across the Easton, PA Plant as well as loading and unloading trailers and trucks!

• Moving trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck

• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
