Job summary

Dem-Con Trucking is seeking a dedicated truck driver to operate heavy duty trucks and tractor-trailers for collection services. You will ensure on-time delivery and proper disposal of materials while maintaining safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

The role requires performing pre/post trip inspections, keeping accurate logs, and communicating with dispatch. A Minnesota CDL Class A, DOT health card, and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota CDL Class A required.
• Must pass DOT physical and maintain health card.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Driver must be 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy duty trucks and trailers.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports.
• Provides excellent customer service during delivery and pickup.
• Maintains required certifications per DOT.
• Adheres to OSHA and company safety programs.
• Maintains and protects company property.
• Notifies maintenance team of issues with equipment.
