Dem-Con Companies, LLC is seeking a Class A/B CDL roll-off truck driver to support roll-off collection and disposal services in Hugo, MN. You will operate heavy trucks, perform inspections, and maintain required DOT/OSHA certifications while delivering exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have a valid Minnesota CDL, pass a DOT physical, be 21+, hold a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualificações

Description

The Class A roll-off truck driver position is responsible for roll-off collection services to ensure that various materials are transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

1. Operates heavy duty commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-offs


2. Performs required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reports


3. Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations


4. Maintains all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs


5. Maintains and protects all property


6. Informs on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehicles


7. Maintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulations


8. Fuels truck at the end of each workday


9. Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

1. Have a valid Minnesota CDL Class A or B driver’s license


2. Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and license


3. Ability to lift up 40 pounds


4. Driver must be 21 years old per DOT.

Education and/or experience:

1. High school diploma or GED


2. Must have a clean driving record
