Job summary

Dem-Con Companies, LLC is seeking a Class A/B CDL roll-off truck driver to support roll-off collection and disposal services in Hugo, MN. You will operate heavy trucks, perform inspections, and maintain required DOT/OSHA certifications while delivering exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have a valid Minnesota CDL, pass a DOT physical, be 21+, hold a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota CDL Class A or B license.
• Pass DOT physical and maintain health card.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 21 years old per DOT.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy duty commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-offs.
• Performs required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reports.
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Maintains all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
• Maintains and protects all property.
• Informs on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehicles.
• Maintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulations.
• Fuels truck at the end of each workday.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
