Spencer Concrete & Excavation is looking for a reliable and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our operations team. This role is ideal for a professional driver who knows how to safely transport heavy construction equipment-including dozers and excavators-and is ready to step into a leadership role by managing and directing a small team of drivers. Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction equipment such as dozers and excavators to and from job sites.
• Manage and direct other drivers to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Ensure proper load securement and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate with the dispatch and project management teams for scheduling and route updates.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of assigned trucks and trailers.
• Operate within safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.

• Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Proven experience hauling heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and vehicle safety.
