Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join touring schedules with major country and rock acts out of Gallatin, TN. You will operate a sleeper-equipped 53' dry van on multi-week road trips, joining professional touring teams across the United States.

These long-term assignments are temp-to-hire, with weekly and daily pay options and per diem. If you enjoy travel, teamwork, and live entertainment, this role offers a dynamic, on-the-road lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Previous professional commercial driving experience.
• Ability to safely operate a sleeper cab and 53' dry van.
• OTR or concert touring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53' dry van with sleeper cab on tour routes.
• Travel nationwide with concert tours for 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Ensure loads are secured and safe before and after trips.
• Maintain professional conduct with tour team members.

Trillium has a great opportunity for experienced Class A Drivers to go on tour with some of the biggest names in Country and Rock music!

Trillium Drivers is currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers for an exciting long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading concert touring transportation company based in Gallatin, TN.

This is a unique opportunity for professional drivers who enjoy traveling, working as part of a team, and being part of the live entertainment industry. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity!

Drivers will operate a 53' dry van with sleeper cab and attached ramp.Over-the-road assignments typically last 3-4 weeks at a time with travel throughout the United States based on tour routing.Drivers will operate alongside other professional touring drivers and trucks.

Compensation & Benefits

• -Weekly Pay: $2464
• -Daily Pay: $275
• -Daily Per Diem: $77
• -Total Daily Compensation: $352
• -Drivers are paid everyday they are away from home, even on days when no driving is required.
• -Example: still paid on show/concert dates.
• **No touch freight. Make sure load is secured pre and post trip.
• -Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner on show days
• -Washers and dryers available at tour sites
• -Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement

Drivers will travel with concert tours throughout the U.S., supporting some of the biggest names in country and rock music. Tour schedules and routes will vary, and drivers should be prepared to remain on the road for extended periods.
