Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Marion, VA is seeking CDL Class A OTR Truck Drivers for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role starts Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon with a pay rate of $30/hour plus overtime on all no-touch freight.

Expect trips to the Eastern/Midwest with mostly curtain sides, some dry vans, and no NYC deliveries. Sleeper tractors are manual; candidates must be able to start on Sundays and operate curtain side equipment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cargo on OTR runs with sleeper tractors (Marion, VA origin).
• Operate curtain side and dry van trailers on eastern US and midwest routes.
• Leave Sundays and return Fridays; 2–3 trips weekly, 1–4 stops per trip.
• No-touch freight and sleeper tractors are manual.

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A OTR Truck Drivers out of Marion, VA for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule is Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon. Pay rate is $30HR with OT and is all no touch freight.

Expected Tasks

• Eastern/Midwest Runs-No Touch.
• Royal Building Products account hauling 8ft-20ft building materials on curtain side and dry vans, No-Touch freight.
• The product ships out of Marion, VA and Bristol, TN.
• Sleeper tractors are manual only.
• Must be able to leave out on Sunday and operate curtain side trailers

Assignment Details

• This is an OTR position with sleeper tractors domiciled out of Marion, VA from Sunday early to mid-afternoon and returning by Friday afternoon.
• Driver will run 2-3 trips weekly, and each trip will include 1-4 stops.
• Most of trailers are curtain sides with a handful of dry vans.
• All loads will depart Marion, VA and deliver to various locations including the eastern US and mid-west. (No deliveries to NYC or Long Island.)

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A Driver's license.
• At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
