Trillium Staffing is seeking a Class A CDL Long Haul Driver for an OTR position. Drivers will operate a Conestoga Flatbed and are expected to secure loads, with home time every 7-10 days. Competitive pay rates averaging $1,500 per week are offered.

Job description

Trillium Drivers is looking for a Class A CDL Long Haul Driver for direct hire!

This position is a OTR position, home approximately every week if not sooner. Drivers are pulling a Conestoga Flatbed, hauling lighting materials, poles, etc.
Most of the loads are loaded on Thurs/Friday for Monday delivery. A back haul would deliver Tues/Wed/Thurs depending on where they delivered the outbound load. Trucks are equipped with refrigerators.

Pay structure to be discussed in an interview. Basics: .53 cpm paid on all miles, even dead head miles, Stop Pay $25.00, East Coast Pay $180 Flat Rate plus mileage (East pay is not a requirement, up to the driver if they want to go East). Paid Weekly. New Drivers are averaging $65K per year.

Drivers will need to be familiar with operating this type of trailer and able to strap products down to secure load.New Drivers are averaging $1,500 per week and are home every 7-10 days if not sooner.
