Job Type: Driving

Two drivers. One truck. Consistent miles. Weekly home time.

Bring your qualified team partner and earn an average of $2,200 per driver each week on approximately 5,000 team miles. You'll run customer-planned freight on established lanes, with newer equipment and a predictable weekly schedule.

What You Can Earn

• $2,200 average weekly pay per driver
• Top drivers earn $115,000+ per year
• Team pay rate of $0.82 to $0.90 per mile
• Individual driver rate of $0.41 to $0.45 per mile
• Pay rate determined by verifiable experience
• $1,000 after the first load
• $1,000/month for the following 3 months

This position is designed for teams that want to keep moving without spending weeks away from home.

• One week on the road
• 34-hour home reset each week
• Freight throughout the lower 48 states
• New York deliveries are uncommon
• Weekly lanes planned and assigned by the customer
• Primarily drop-and-hook operations
• Company trailers
• Team members must live within 100 miles of one another

Newer Equipment

You won't be rotating through different trucks. Each driver team receives a permanently assigned truck that can be taken home.

• 2023 model year or newer
• Fleet averages approximately 2 years old
• Freightliner and Kenworth equipment, plus select Volvo trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Double sleeper bunks
• No slip seating
• Truck may be taken home
• CDL with an automatic restriction is accepted

Who We're Looking For

• A valid Class A CDL
• CDL issued by a single state
• Minimum age of 21
• At least 12 consecutive months of U.S. driving history
• 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience during the past 36 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 2 years
• No preventable major accidents during the previous 5 years
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• No current contractual obligation to another carrier
• Professional communication and strong customer service skills

You must also have a team partner who meets the requirements and lives within 100 miles of you.
