Ben E. Keith Company is a national leader in food and beverage distribution, offering stable, long-term careers. We are seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver to join our team, delivering efficiency with home daily routes and strong earning potential.

Earn $80K-$100K+ annually plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus, with industry-leading benefits and a safety-first culture. You’ll transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots, ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows, and maintain strict safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years).
• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.).
• Must pass required drug screening and physical.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.
