Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a CDL-A Shuttle Driver to operate home daily routes with a strong safety focus. Earn $80,000–$100,000+ annually with an $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past 3 years).
• Ability to operate trailers 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.
• Must pass required drug screening and physical.

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries within scheduled windows.
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly with your supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers to the branch

What You Bring

• Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable DOT driving experience (shuttle double experience preferred for bonus eligibility)
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years)
• Ability to operate variety of trailers with tandem axle tractors (i.e., 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.)
• Must pass required drug screening and physical
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
