Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking qualified and experienced Class A Roll-Off Drivers to join our Transportation team in Downey, CA. The ideal candidates will operate roll-off trucks, transport containers, and support safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, adherence to DOT regulations, and a commitment to on-time, secure transportation of recyclable materials. Work schedule includes weekdays with alternating Saturdays and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A experience.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Familiarity with ELDs and logbook requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A roll-off trucks to transport containers between locations.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies for safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain assigned equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Safely load, transport, secure, and unload roll-off containers per procedures.
• Complete DVIRs, logbooks, delivery receipts, and other documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, operations, customers, and drivers to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance.
• Follow routes and schedules; adapt to operational changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of equipment.
• Comply with environmental regulations when handling recyclable materials.
