Job summary

SA Recycling seeks experienced Class A or B drivers for local routes delivering and picking up Roll-Off Containers. Home nightly, with overtime and bonuses. Offers competitive pay, generous benefits, 401k match, and weekly pay. CDL with roll-off experience required; bilingual a plus. Applicants must meet FMCSR standards and be 21+.

Work involves inspections, cargo securing, and safe operation of trucks in scrap-yard environments. Highway and yard duties included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with roll-off experience and ability to operate an 18-speed manual transmission.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass a DOT physical per FMCSR.
• Must be registered in Clearinghouse as required by FMCSR.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post trip inspections of tractors and trucks per DOT.
• Pick up material from supplier locations and deliver to SA and customers.
• Secure cargo using chains, straps, binders, or tarps.
• Communicate safety or equipment issues with management.
• Operate on staging areas, parking surfaces, and roads safely.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle status as required.
