DSL Express is now hiring OTR CDL Class A Team Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross earnings between $117,600 to $145,600 per year per driver.

Team Driver Pay:

• Up to 81 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team.
• Average miles are between 5500 and 7000 per week, depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $4500 to $5600 per week total, which is $2250 to $2800 per week per driver.
• Will consider changeover to percentage of linehaul if driver proves themselves.

Solo Driver Pay:

• Up to 71 cents per mile plus bonuses, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles range from 2800 to 3600 per week, depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $1900 to $2550 per week per driver.
• Will consider changeover to percentage of linehaul if driver proves themselves.

Referral Bonus:

• $1000 referral bonus per driver and $1500 for owner-operators.
